After 20 years, Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. launched Home2 Suites by Hilton and was the first new brand. The pluses were quiet, good shower pressure and does not clog. The staff was nice enough to hold my bags before check in.
Location & Hours
As usual we had a clean,spacious room and towels were plentiful. The full size freezer/refrigerator came in handy. I was especially happy to find the free breakfast was back to pre-covid variety. Once again I was able to have my hardboiled eggs and oatmeal with nuts and other assorted goodies.
Super polite staff signaled a wonderful stay ahead of me! While this is a distance from the airport, it was nice to stay in an area with many amenities . The rooms had a great view of the strip and the mountains. Like most Homewood Suites, the rooms were large, clean, and basically a small apartment! While I did not use the pool, it looked to be in great shape.
Location
It is convenient to the strip, and the staff is very professional and accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport which is a blessing and a curse. There was some noise from aircraft taking off and landing, but that is pretty much the same all over Las Vegas. Yes, dry cleaning and laundry service are offered to guests. Some of the more popular amenities offered include free wifi, free breakfast, and a pool. Finally he transferred me too a manager who wouldn't answer her phone or return my call. I Still have not received a refund for the fee or a call back. Very new room and very well equipped, pet friendly, a few hiccups here and there but overall still good. Walls are somewhat thin so can hear occasional loud footsteps from above and neighbor's dishwisher running. The TV was a bit weird though, channels were jumping all over, cannot get to the channel i want, but oh well, who watches TV in vegas. This is not a Vegas hotel as in the property is out in the suburbs which was OK for my needs. As for the room the bed was lumpy, and the pillows were not much better so I had a poor night's sleep. The hotel is clean but starting to get worn around the edges with chips and scratches on the furniture.
